Rooftop systems like the name suggests, is one unit that is located on the roof and is ducted to run heat or cool air throughout a space. They are a flexible way to offer heating and cooling to various sized buildings. Rooftops can serve one large area or a building with many different zones. Fresh outside air is mixed with return air from inside the building then filtered, conditioned (heated or cooled) and supplied back into the building. Rooftop systems are an easy to maintain, energy efficient choice for any space.
Standard Make-up air units are designed to provide fresh air that is heated or cooled to a space to offset air that is being exhausted by other mechanical means. For example, a manufacturing plant that has exhaust fans to remove smells will need a make-up air unit to provide new air into the building or the building will become pressurized. Make-up air units depressurizes the space.
Newer make up air units are available to be installed with heat pumps.

Water source heat pump systems are one of the most efficient, environmentally-friendly systems available for heating and cooling buildings.
