- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half (or 3/4 cup heavy cream + 3/4 cup whole milk)
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 2-3 whole graham crackers, crushed
3. Top with the popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, at least two hours. To serve, briefly run the molds under warm water to help remove the pops.
Optional: dip the sides of the pops in additional graham cracker crumbs.
